The manufacturer of MUSO’s organic 100% buckwheat soba was awarded first place in the dried noodle category in a popular TV program in which Japanese products are tested blindfolded! Also their product was selected as the best one for the second half of 2023.

100% buckwheat soba is a dried noodle made from buckwheat flour only, without any wheat or other binding ingredients.
It is produced at a factory dedicated to producing 100% buckwheat soba so that other ingredients, such as wheat, are not mixed in.
The factory is located in Nagano Prefecture, famous for its buckwheat noodles as “Shinshu Soba”.
