・Made from fully ripen Nanko-Ume which is known as the finest variety

paste are used as fertilizer for saplings
・Pickled with mineral-rich sun-dried salt and then dried in the sun
・Strained twice through a fine mesh to make a smooth paste
Using Japan grown organic Ume plums free from chemicals and fertilizers. The red color is imparted by Shiso leaves with no use of colorings.
