Mochi, sticky rice cake made by pounding the steamed glutinous rice, is a traditional power food of Japan as well as being a celebration food. Our Yomogi Mochi is made from 100% organic brown rice grown in Japan and mugwort, and pounded using the traditional mechanism of mortar and pestle, which gives our Mochi a smooth texture. Enjoy it baked with shoyu and mirin or deep-fried and put in soup.

How to Use
