How to Use
HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN-FREE KATSU
Organic Brown Rice Panko 50 g, rice flour (or other gluten-free flour) 50 g, water 80 ml, Frying oil
Recommended ingredients: shrimp, chicken, onions, mushrooms, boiled eggs, etc.…
1. Heat oil to 180℃.
2. To make the binder, mix rice flour and water in a bowl.
3. Place ingredients into the batter until they’re fully coated evenly.
4. One by one, coat the battered ingredients with PANKO.
Press the surface to stick well.
5. Deep fry in the hot oil until it turns golden brown, remove from the pan and place on a wire rack.
