Mekabu (Wakame Sporophyll)

Mekabu is considered as genital of Wakame. The feature of Mekabu is having gooey threads. This component of gooey threads is a dietary fiber, called Fucoidan. How to eat Mekabu
Soak Mekabu in hot water in a bowl for 10 minutes. After draining off the hot water, soak Mekabu in cold water for 2 minutes. Please eat after draining off the water.
