Power Up Salad

   
Shoyu
Sea Salt
Sesame

 

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

  • <A>
  • Grated garlic, gingersp1 tsp (each)
  • Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Sea salt, peppermoderate amount
  • Gluten meat 1/2 can
  • Starch 2 Tbsp
  • White / black sesame a little
  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrots 50g
  • Rocket salad 1 bag
  • Cherry tomatoes moderate amount

Directions

  1. Drain water from gluten meat and cut into bite size pieces and soak in <A>
  2. Sprinkle starch on <A> and put sesame on one surface, then fry in oil.
  3. Cut cucumber in round slices, cut carrots in quarter moons, and mix all with rocket salad.
  4. Place 2 and 3 in a serving plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
