Tofu with Kanten

Dashi
Sesame
Wasabi

 

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

Directions

  1. Drain the water off the tofu, then grind it with sesame.
  2. Mix the Kanten and Dashi, then boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 2 into 1 then, pour into a container ( inside of the container must be wet )
  4. Serve and pour Dashi
  5. Enjoy with wasabi (japanese horse radish)

1.Dried Kanten Bar 2. Soak in the water and wash lightly. 3. Drain the water off very well. 4. Divide in small pieces
