Hijiki Salad with Ume

Vinegar
Sesame
Sesame Oil

 

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

  • Dried hijiki30g
  • Green soybeansadequate dose
  • Tuna fish1 can
  • Vegetable oiladequate dose
  • (A)
  • Plum concentrate shoyuadequate dose
  • Brown sugar 4 tsp
  • Rice vinegar adequate dose
  • White sesame2 tsp

Directions

  1. Reconstitute the hijiki by soaking it in water.
  2. Boil green soybeans and take beans out of pod. Drain the tuna.
  3. Mix well with (A).
